I know, when i found out at the gyn that i CAN have 'full' sex under the pill i was like WIN!!1 | its a disgusting site and someone posted it here... but i think when it gets creamyish and thick - a woman is ovulating.
It is normally thin mucous after your period - would that still work on someone on the pill?
But google my beautiful cervix or something. You can see a womens insides for a full month. |

and I always had to shower after he finished inside me. I got 2 UTI's while on the pill and I am pretty sure it was from falling asleep after the gunk came out.

Normal discharge should be mostly clear, and have no odor. With BV it will be yellow/green/gray and smell FISHY. A yeast infection it doesn't really have a bad odor, but the discharge with be thick and white. I guess you can't really tell the acidity without a litmus test, but for a point of reference - BV and yeast infections usually occur when the vag is less acidic.
If you've had BV before, or frequently, you might consider taking probiotic vitamins. Every time you have to take an anti-biotic for vaginal infections, you're also killing the good bacteria it needs to keep them from reoccuring - which is why you should take probiotics. Acidophilus is the main one. I'm pretty sure there are "feminine probiotics" pills you can get at any pharmacy or whatever. |

| Oh, it's also a good idea to take probiotics if/when ever you are taking antis...for the reasons I said above. :) |

nope. I don't think so.. but I don't like birth control.
I've tried bit and I hate it. I get terrible tummy problems. I gained soooo much weight...
Even though my periods were great (Yaz i believe is a 3 day period)... I jsut don't want to deal with that crap. It sucks but atleast I get reassurance.

I would suggest Loestrin. When I was on Ortho Tricyclene, I became a psycho bitch and gained a lot of weight. The Loestrin is low in estrogen (aka the name), and doesn't have any side effects for me. If you want to be able to take the pill, you might just want to try a few out to see what works for you. Different levels of hormone effect people differently. |

Some of the anti-inflammatory's are pretty sketchy by themselves for treating very bad cramps, I had Naproxen for a while and it worked to stop the pain and swelling but by goodness it would leave me wrecked. Switched to an Ibuprofen-type, provided I took it a couple of days in advance, during and after with a lot of vitamins it worked really well.
It's really something that needs to be checked out properly by a gyno, most GP's don't really have the knowledge of to that degree and it can be a symptom of worse things like cysts as someone said. |

| Oh lol, I was talking about antibiotics...but yeah, you're right. Heh. Yeah I prefer ibuprofen over everything for any kind of pain. I only take acetaminophen for fevers. |
