my favourite painkiller is nurofen plus which is ibuprofen with a kick of codeine. Best dental cure ever. |

It really is, and it's a brilliant idea Mel. Do you know how much ibuprofen I need to get through the first day/night? 800mg every 3.5-4 hours!! Far exceeding the recommended dose!
Back when I was a cashier at Walmart, I used to go home sick or leave sick EVERY time I had my period that first day. With the added bright lights and dry air I used to get migraines and end up puking.
I dread 12 hour days ON MY FEET the whole time, running around. Although that might actually be better for the symptoms. |

| That's how my PMS used to be until i had rowan.. after having a baby my horomones etc. really sorted it out. After having 2 kids now, i can easily say that my cramps were like the first few hours of labour.. If any of you are planning on having kids in the future, you may have that to look fwd to! Now i hardly get any cramps at all! |

Are the cramps actually less painful, or is it just because they don't compare to labour pain? I'm not doubting you, just wondering if mebbe that has something to do with it. |
