I'm lucky enough to have a girlfriend who loves sex and is horny as much as me.
Morning sex is the best thing in the world. So is coming home from class sex. And before bed sex. All sex.
I honestly can't comprehend why people don't like sex or don't have a strong sex drive.

I love sex and enjoy it. I'm just not horny at all. I used to be...dunno what happened. I think I'm just preoccupied with other things. It's too much of a head thing for me.

When I lived with my ex my sex drive dropped because I couldn't stand him once I started living with him.
We've been living together almost two years now and so far - can't get enough of each other yet. :gsmile: |

lol wait until you're at the 7+ year mark sarah. 2 years is like the honeymoon phase to couples like jenny & jimmy.
jenny you definitely seem to have a lot going on w/ the move and school so i can see how your sex drive would be lower. plus you guys have been together for like 9 years.
but still...you should put out more. i feel jimmy's pain. i'm the hornier one these days because pat is just swamped with work. i have to bring him and the roommate dinner to his job site tonight - sunday night lol that's how crazy busy he is. no time for sex these days:( |

It's not just recently though...my sex drive has been down for a long while now...although it HAS been roughly as long as I've been in school.
Sex is mostly a mental thing for me, it's truly a chore for me to get in the mood when I have other on my mind. But I do know how important it is for Jimmy...well men in general...and I definitely know I should put out more for his sake.
I've honestly thought a lot about having full blood work done and checking hormone levels, etc. Cause I used to have a much stronger libido, and it's not like I don't enjoy sex.
And it certainly isn't Jimmy. He's the only person I actually fantasize about. I always have sex dreams about him/us. Dunno why that isn't translating to real life.
It's also weird because I'm quite a sexual person, just not actually horny. |

yea i hear ya. i've definitely gone through nonhorny phases too even though i'm a very sexual person. it's just stress and being busy n . it's in life. wait till you have kids lol
it is usually more mental for women...jimmy needs to put in a little effort and take you out to a nice dinner and get a bottle of wine or do SOMETHING that will relax you and surprise you. you'd be surprised at what a simple bouquet of flowers for nothing will do to you. so don't be too hard on yourself. guys get lazy and just expect us to jump on their dick when they announce that they're horny:rolleyes:

Haha, he does do all those things. We have proper date nights and he buys me flowers, etc. It's nothing to do with him or our intimacy/romance...it's definitely all me, lol.
My one beef is that when we make out he always goes STRAIGHT for my and vag, which I've told him several times puts me off. But I mean, I don't really blame him. THAT is the result of being together for so long, lol.
But yeah, even though I'm not always horny, I still give him hand jobs and beejays and all the time. |

Right after we moved and got back to Ontario (all of which was super stressful), my libido sky-rocketed. I didn't have anything to worry about and so I was like a rabbit... even in his parents house!
Sometimes I say to myself that I just have to get myself into the zone for posterity, but it's tough. My mind will start wandering off to what day my paper is due, or what time do I have to be at school for a meeting tomorrow etc.etc.
Luckily my BF is incredibly understanding, but still... I know it's a huge thing for guys and I want to make him happy.
I actually considered taking natural aphrodisiacs - I don't know what, but something that can help me out. Haha! |
