dude im so glad you bumped this thread. what's that bruise stuff you gave me during wmc? i must have it.
also, anyone a fan of nail art on the toenails when getting a pedicure? i tried it and i'm addicted. i only get it on my big toe and it looks awesome. it's only an extra $5 for the art. |

Oh! Traumeel!! Mine was a gel, but you an get it in a cream as well - which apparently works better. Pretty much anything with arnica in it is what you're looking for. Can get it an any health food place or other such hippie shopping store, lol.
The best way to use that stuff is to take a hot shower or bath, and prep the area with witch hazel first, then put that on. Do it morning and night. It's not imperative to have a hot shower both times...just the heat opens up the pores and blood vessels so you get better absorption and results. :)
edit: Yeah my friend always get art on her toes when she gets pedis...love it! If I wasn't such a treeclimber I'd do more with my feet, lol. |

| That was just a reference to my tomboyness. But I actually did sort of climb a tree last weekend, to peek over my buddy's fence and ask his neighbours for a cig, lol. |

| i am not even joking when i tell you i climbed a mango tree last weekend LOL i went with pat to one of his jobs which was fixing an outdoor fence for a friend of his and they weren't home so it was just us chilling in this gorgeous, huge backyard with big mango trees. i was bored so i climed all the way to the top and was spying on him lol he didn't know i was up there and i was watching him the whole time and throwing at him until he finally looked up.:stongue: |
