yes and look at the teams they faced. the only real threats being France and Germany and they barely got thrugh with France. |

Shevchenko went for 29 million pounds. 85 million dollars would have broken the transfer record which is currently the 46 million pounds paid by madrid to juventus for zidane.
Ballack left after his contract with bayern munich expired and chelsea snapped him up for free. |

The FIFA world rankings are hugely flawed. Even FIFA took note of that and revised their ranking system. Czech Republic are a good team but they shouldn't have been so high up and are now 10th in the new rankings I beleive. |
