| I wasn't too particularly impressed with the way England played today. The first quarter was pretty exciting, then it slowly got boring and messy. But we won nontheless, and that's what counts :) |

Yes they are. They better learn how to play proper football quick or it'll be 2002 all over again. I think they deserved better against ecaudor but their play around the box along with a couple lapses on D let them down. |

yeah what i saw of the game it socked ass, beckham looked good tho made a couple of good passes and that goal was his definitely. lampard is a gun what a kick this guy have!

actually they didnt absolutely embarass them, the final score was
4 GER - 2 COsta rica
and from watching the game, costa rica were playing really really well, a nice heated match, if costa rica had some luck they could have even tied or won... |
