imo, the refs have been excellent this world cup and rarely make bad calls. all cards were red because the players have had previous yellows resulting in a red. accidental or not it is still a card. (he got a yellow and because of his previous one its a red).
and i can't believe i missed the ending of the italy vs aussie game. :mad: stupid people and they're problems. |
no, other teams have not played just as bad. Portgual showed no class yesterday whatsoever. Almost all of their cards were deserved and Figo should have been off the pitch as well for his moronic headbutt. Only Portuguese fans will defend their team right now, oblivious to the fact that just about everyone else HATES them and wants England to destroy them on Saturday. At least that way, we won't have to deal with 5th generation fans blocking up traffic for hours acting as if they'd just won the last 4 world cups. If England ever acted that way, I'd be ashamed. But they don't and never will. |

Dude how many world cups have you actually watched? 2 maybe 3?
There have only been 2 poorly ref'd games so far and a couple boring ones. Other than that it been the best cup I've seen in a while.
Goals are up by a fair margin, There have been some suprizes, but nothing really out of what was expected, so far anyways!
