The appointments for seat selection are this week. Anyone want to sign up to a TA section? Let me know.
Here is the information I got from them....
The other day we finally announced our prices for Season Seats for the Inaugural Season. The details can be found by clicking here or you can go to http://smr.mm.ticketmaster.com:80/t...ting_chart.pdf.
Over the weekend a number of members asked me a lot of good questions. Here are answers to some of those questions:
-A member may sign up for as many tickets as they'd like. We have had some members inquire about purchasing larger numbers of tickets for a large group of friends, or members of another team's supporters club. Soccer should be enjoyed with friends. We encourage this.
-The Children's Season Seat prices are offered when accompanied by an adult. Youth are 14 years old and under (for 2007 that means born after January 1, 1993).
-Members may also sign up under multiple accounts. For example: "My friends and I want to purchase tickets together, and I also want to purchase tickets for my company." No problem! Please note
that in order to take advantage of the $100 season pass in the supporters section, you must have an equal or larger number of seats in one of the top 4 prices.
-We highly recommend purchasing in pairs or more. This comes from our experience with other clubs. There are many people who would like to purchase a single for themself, and their friend purchase the single beside. This becomes problematic for Season Seat Holders in two ways: From time to time we need to re-seat Season Seat Holders for special events (MLS All-Star, Cup Final, etc). When we do this we often have little notice and are forced to allow the computer to
auto-assign seat locations. When we do this your single tickets are
separated. Not fun for anyone. Your friend moves away, or chooses not to renew his or her ticket. It goes back to the club. Now
you are left with a single ticket that is essentially useless. To be clear - we can do this on request, but we recommend against it.
I think thats it for now. We're finalizing the scheduling for the seat selection process. Stay tuned!
Sincerely,
Paul Beirne
