This is the way its should be! Intimidate the other team!
Unlike the ty American fans who just go to the games to cheer, get fat and pretend they know futbol. |
maybe intimidate the other fans but I don't think the other team was intimidated....if they were, they shouldn't be playing professional sports. |

NO
This is NOT the way it should be. Rivalry, yes. talking, ok. Hooliganism, UNACCEPTABLE
My colleague didn't make it into work yesterday as he was detained in the States for trying to break up a fight.
This isn't sport, friends. |

Judging from the video on youtube, apparantly the standard protocol by Colombus police is to first have no less than 5 officers hold down and kneel on someone, THEN tase them for the true police state effect.
What a bunch of cowardless ****s. |

Totally agreed. Unwavering support yes, obnoxious chanting, of course! But all that other nonsense takes away from the beautiful game.

lol I'm refering to what happened on the stands, not outside...
i.e. flares, drums, horns, everyone chanting together to put pressure.(minus the violence) |

I'm not going to guess or assume but not sure if you watch any european leagues or other leagues around the world. The crowd is a big part of the game in futbol. There have been many occasions where a crowd has intimidated professional players in various parts of the world. |

| Crew Stadium could have done a better job with the situation as well. They closed down one of the staircases where fans were coming down, funneling all the fans down the same staircase. With all the hype built up, they probably could have found a way to separate the 2 upon exiting, instead of pushing them all into each other so to speak. Besides that, there's gonna be jerks in every crowd that doesn't know how to control their mouths and their attitudes. |
