wow.. I wonder if timing in the season had anything to do with it. Granted, we had pretty high expectations going into the season and didn't have the greatest start.. but I might have waited maybe 1-2 matches in. I wonder what his reasons were??

yeah just read this.. quite a shame really, but then again maybe the stars just simply aligned at the right time for him especially with a potential new gig at Newcastle.

DIAMOND game! Loved it. Top of the league (albeit with a game in the bag but who cares?)
I thought Carver's departure would have a negative impact on the play but NOT AT ALL! We were accurate, intuitive, passionate and for the most part, talented. Barrett really isn't all that though. |

yeah, but Barrett bust his balls out there. he create one chance out of nothing when he stole the ball off of KC defender for a shot on net. not to mention Barrett assisted on Dichio's goal
I suspect DeRo will come in for Barrett this Sat, but while DeRo is more technically gifted player, I bet you'll miss Barrett's work rate, esp when it comes to defending.
