Ok, so, if we all want to be in the same section, I am told that I need to get names of people who are interested and they will see where they have the space linked in. I have 2 other groups of friends doing this so I would like to be close to them....

Basically, reply to the thread with your interest and I will see what I can do. It goes without saying that the sooner we get in, the better the seats we get....

Good and good!

So my friend has this seat

Sect 115, row 11, seat 21, cost $200(I assume this is before taxes).

A few people have expressed an interest in catching a few games as opposed to holding a season ticket so I propose we do this...

As the schedule comes out, I will start a thread and order the tix, we can meet at a pub (in true English style) and go from there - how does that sound?

Will Tiesto be spinning at the opening game?

I wanted to send you a quick update and fill you in on what's happening in the Toronto FC offices. Our staff is in place and we are extremely lucky to have a number of passionate and experienced soccer professionals joining us; they too understand that something big and something special is happening with Toronto FC.

Season tickets go on sale to the public November 1st and we want to give you the opportunity to have the best available selection of seats before the general public. To date, we have already sold over 3000 season seats. We encourage you to take advantage of this pre-sale opportunity and get in before everyone else! Sign up online now [http://click.nba.com/index.cfm?n35167s43c1117873t44o73] to become a member with a $50 deposit towards your season seats. This deposit will put you in priority sequence to receive a call from one of our sales associates to finalize your tickets. Soccer will explode into the city next summer, and those who wait will wonder how they missed this opportunity.

Season seat pricing has been announced for the Inaugural Season. The details can be found by clicking here [http://click.nba.com/index.cfm?n35167s43c1117873t44o74] or you can go to [http://click.nba.com/index.cfm?n35167s43c1117873t44o75]

We've worked hard to ensure that our prices achieve a lot of goals:

-Children's prices to encourage parents to share and pass on their love for the beautiful game.
-Aggressive low prices to encourage supporters to come to every game, have a ball, and sing so loudly that their voices are hoarse the morning after!
-Prices that encourage ALL fans of soccer to see this wonderful sport for the whole season, rather that having to choose a couple of games a year.

Some more highlights include:

-Seat prices start at $10 per game
-37% of Toronto FC season tickets are priced at $12 or less per game
-Special season seat packages for children under the age of 14 years, providing a savings of up to 54% off the single ticket prices
-Fans who buy tickets before December 31, 2006 can take advantage of early bird pricing

Members will also receive another benefit that you won't see at our web page:

If you purchase a season ticket package in any of our top four prices, we will offer you a season pass in our supporters section for only $100 per season! The reasons for this are simple: we want Toronto FC's supporters section to be the envy of the league. We want our fans to sing and chant the loudest. We want a Toronto FC game to be the most authentic soccer on this continent, and we believe that our fans have it in them to create this.

I can't wait to welcome you to BMO Field next spring!

Sincerely,

Paul Beirne
Director, Business Operations, Toronto FC

Lol. Does Toronto FC even have a 'chant' or a 'song' yet? Or do we get to make up our own? :D (Better not be 'you'll never walk alone')

Question: what is it like watching football from behind the goal?

Is the game still good to watch from that perspective?
