No tickets as of yet :( I'm going to try to get my hands on some tomorrow morning when they go on sale for the general public, as it was impossible to get any of the pre-sale ones :whip: :whip: :whip:

Hopefully I can get as close as possible to RPB and USector!!!

yeah there was no way we deserved that win....

LA totally outplayed us but things just happened to go our way!

to tell you the truth, TFC really looks like a bunch of amateurs out there. We really seem like we are a level below most of the opposing teams.

We need to keep buying good players and maybe things will shape up in the future!

LOL are you kidding me?

Sure, Galaxy controlled the game early on, but if it wasn't for our CBs being total FAILs, the Galaxy wouldn't have done much with the ball. Becks can pass the ball (and Robert should have been marking him better) but TFC played Carver's game plan. Soak up the pressure. Hit on the counter.

Granted, we scored from one long ball from Guevara that got a perfect first touch from Galaxy defender that Dichio slotted in (on his weaker foot I might add) but we looked so much more comfortable on the ball and much better organized. Definitely Carver's coaching paying off.

2nd half was even better as Galaxy started to get tired, and Guevara learned a bit more about his teammates and started to exert himself. The man has great touch. When was the last time TFC played one touch football? The boys rarely lingered on the ball and there was this one sequence that resulted a shot attempt that was just like watching Arsenal play ball.

Robert was bang on with his freekicks (one that resulted in Smith pouncing on rebound and another that resulted in Velez header that Cronin made a great save on)

If it wasn't for Velez's comical handball, TFC was in control for most of the 2nd half.

Yeah, all our goals resulted from some sort of longball/freekick but that's just how the game goes sometimes. (loved how Cunny made Vanney his bitch on the third goal)

Could TFC have lost this game? Sure. Did we get lucky? I don't think so, considering how much better we played compared to Galaxy.

PS: Galaxy ran plays off of Becks and Donovan pretty much. That's not a good team at all.
