Why are people in the thread saying that they hate the U.S.? What's the U.S's role in all of this? or is it simply because they support and recognize Kosovo as a legitimate country now?
I ask because I want some insight on the whole situation. I'm far from being pro-American, just wondering why they don't say I hate England, France, etc.. or any of the other countries that also support Kosovo.

i think the two major cause of all this mess with countries in the Balkans is PRIDE and EGO !!!
all i have to say is live your life and don't hate your neighbors...
as for the helpless and poor I really hope all countries join in UN aid and supply funds for refugees. |

Remember when United States "NATO" if you will, bombed Serbia back in 1999??
This was done without backing of the UN.
Ever since then, NATO and KFOR have been in Kosovo, peacekeeping and "running" the coutry.
The push started getting larger from the Albanians for Kosovo to separate.
US lead the way, which is why they are hated.
This is ofcourse just a brief blurb....not nearly the whole story. But u get the jist. |

Thanks bro ...... It was getting really annoying as I was trying understand the situation from all the responses and then people started replying in their own language as if everyone here can read and write the language.......appreciate you're effort....I hope things get better asap. |
