When was the last time you looked around? 80% of the people I know have "assimilated" themselves in to -this- culture. It's a fact of modern civilized life - people migrate, neighbors are different.

I think it also adds to it that we do have a lot more open space around here. we aren't all squished into an area of new brunswick. not having to see a person sure makes it easy not to kill them. :)
