No, I don't think it's right, and by means punish those who does ethnic cleansing, but let's not try to portray Serbs as the innocent angels here. Like all ethnic groups in former Yugo, Serbs have done its share of ethnic cleansing, just like Bosnians, Croats, whoever.
Serb paramilitary folks aren't exactly the nicest people either.

rights of self determination is one of recognized human rights principles, esp. when the majority of the population want independence. considering Kosovo already had autonomy under Yugoslavia, and that majority of population of Kosovo is Albanian, I fail to see how Serbia would keep Kosovo. |

People need to learn to read. I didn't say everybody from the region was a savage - I said the region has had it's fair share (on all sides, in all countries).
There are more than a few regions of the world for which the same can be said.
