EXACTLY!!!!

RJ: Regarding scrutiny. What I was trying to say in the comment that you quoted is that this is not a matter of external sources who do not understand fully the situation having an 'objective' scrutinuous opinion on this. Anyone can just look at the violence and form a biased opinion on that. That doesn't neccessarily make it an opinion with any real weight.

so who did it start with??? maybe his father or another U.S. president. doesnt really matter... because the agenda is the same... right?

&& who took away serbia's control of kosovo? because i never said Bush did. i said he got involved. the U.S. supporting this puts pressure on other countries to support it because the U.S. has so much power. but really cus i dont know???

knowingly breaking off from the main subject, I call a cat when I see one, French Canadian as in a Canadian (native of Canada) speaking French... ugh is that complicated? What does it have to do with Quebec the current jurisdiction?

lol. I know couple of Quebecois that would get mad if I call them French Canadian.

I think we differ on the definition of French Canadian. You seem to define it as anyone who is francophone. I think it as not just anyone who is francophone, but also people who are in that cultural group, sharing similar political, economical, social interests.

Its really confusing I know.

At first, they were called the Canadien, then they became French Canadian to distinguish themselves from the English speaking who used the same Canadian adjective. And now its Québecois to distinguish ourselves from the other french speakers in the rest of canada (about 1 million scattered).

French Canadian at the time of Riel, is well used, Québecois wasn't even on the map as term back then.

Now Québecois use French Canadian to describe those not living in Québec, in a weird fashion, most of them being federalist, anti-quebec waiting to be assimilated.

Wow... That is sooooo pre-21st century thinking.

All these countries want to be players on the world stage - but don't want to "grow up" (like the rest of the world has) and move towards globalization. People bitch and moan about how fearful they are of change and then cry to each other about how hard life is and how the world is keeping them under it's thumb.

Why don't you look at it from another point of view.

What are your thoughts on the violence that took place in Kenya after the contested election? What do you think of what is happening there? How do you view the Kenyan people?

yeah. you don't know.

so uhm. maybe read a little and don't just talk based upon your prejudice and bias?

cuz yeah. you're really adding nothing to the thread, and we already have enough speculations and conspiracy theories in this thread as it is.
