I'm really happy to see that there are some intelligent people that have joined this discussion...
Anybody at this point that tries to justify the that is going is a ing prejudiced and hateful....innocent human beings are being murdered..!! They have done nothing to deserve this horrible fate...and there are people in this thread that still try to excuse this??!! seriously, go yourselves..if this was happening to any one of you or your family/friends...you would sing a far different tune..
There is hardly any aid getting into these people..they have no food..electricity..medical care...and they are NOT allowed to leave!! Reporters are not allowed in to report because they don't want to world to see what they are doing! Come on people..even if you are a supporter of Israel..you still have to know that this is ing bull!..or are you so driven by your bias and hate that you can't think straight??
I can only imagine the horror these people are going through...We are lucky enough to live in this safe country and there are people right now..sitting at their computers trying to justify these acts..you guys seriously make me sick..
If you're going to bomb millitary targets at least let the citizens flee and protect themselves..they are just sitting ducks..being exterminated...it's so easy to say that there were members of hamas in a school or mosque..they can say anything they want and therefore bomb anything they want....??!!

Israel gets intelligence that Hamas rocket makers are using a school in a civillian neighbourhood.
Israel broadcasts a warning to all Palestinian civillians to leave the area.
Hamas rocket makers get a wind of this, so they pack up and leave.
Israel ends up at square one.

Maybe if Palestinian governments started spending money on supporting their people and building their infrastructure, and stopped wasting it on bombs that they launch at Israel, the Palestinian territories wouldn't have to be effectively shut down by the Israeli government to prevent attack.
Just a thought. |

Yohan..you're actually one of the people that i'm not mad at...even though i don't agree with most of your views..i can tell that they are not coming from a place of hate...i can respect that...i'm not hating on people just cuz they don't agree with my views...
it's the people on here who are obviously so in prejudiced, they will make up anything to justify any action their side takes..that makes me so sick...:mad:
the same people would probably be up in arms if this was happening to the jewish people and find a reason to condemn the palestinians...i hate dealing with people like this..they don't care about the truth..they don't care about facts..you show them evidence and they will ignore it cuz it doesn't serve their views..or they will spin the evidence and skew it...or they will label things as "propaganda" ..they are not concerned with what is really going on...i'm sorry but in this day and age..with all the information that we are privy to..there is not excuse for being ignorant...unless you really hate a group of people and secretly enjoy seeing them die...
in my opinion you don't fall into this category..we all know who the haters are in this thread...;) |

Nope, religion has nothing to do with it in terms of descendancy I think is the word. Italians are Italian due to their being apart of the Italian republic, officially recognized etc. Just like the Brits are from Britain, Chinese, china, etc.
I hope all of this ends soon and yes Israel broke the cease fire from what I read. |

you see this on both sides of the discussion....both sides are ignoring and skewing evidence that supports the other side. Does anyone here actually know the truth? I don't think anyone knows the truth anymore as its been so twisted and diluted over time by both sides. |

The problem is not that the pro-Israel side does not see the 'truth'; it's that the pro-Israel side aknowledges that both sides have made mistakes, and there needs to be a fair compromised solution. While the pro-Palestinian side places all the blame on Israel and (a lot) want to wipe Israel as the final act.
Helloo! It's the 21st century. You will never be able to elimite a group of people, or a country. Especially one that is westernized within, has some western support, and is frankly many times stronger than you. |
