Captains Log:

Good News! After running and basically flushing my system out and getting a good nights sleep and what not looks like I only gained 5 lbs. I think the heat, the salt, and the booze was loosening everything up making it look fatter. It still isnt nearly as cool as it was 2 weeks ago but i think ill be able to cut out that 3 day fast I was planning hehe.

Anyway ran 7 miles and did an hour work out today. Feelin good. Only eaten 6 slices of turkey and 2 pieces of lettuce + half a pot of coffee today. About to go have some spinach leaves with olive oil and balsamic vinegar and some more meat slices. woot

Don't even sweat it dude, just look at the progress you've made so far and snowball it from here. Another 2 weeks and you'll be vicious!

P.S. - (you're not really a manwhore) :p :D

I've been jogging intensly approx. 3time/week for two months now and my tibias hurt for some reason.. anyone ever experienced that too ??

I put some ice on them yersterday and it felt better, but as soon as I resume jogging again they start hurting back..

I did a lot of running in my life and never experienced that, just hope it wont get worst and keep me from working out cause it feels too good and has become a drug for me..:(
Orbax
wtf is a tibia bitch!

jk.

uhm you should be getting new running shoes with proper wedging for pro/supination. Whenever I get a shoe that lets me supinate it tends to stress my tibia out. Especially when doing hills. Flat ground I can run forever on and not really feel it. start running a hilly 5 mile course every 2 days and youll start feeling it.

so yeah watch which one is hurting more...or if they both hurt just watch your feet as you run. Are you rolling around on your foot?
