DIET
CARBS:
45 g per meal x 6 meals = 270 g a day x 4 cals per g = 1,080 cals from carbs.
PROTIEN:
30 g per meal x 6 meals = 180 g a day x 4 cals per g = 720 cals from protien.
FAT:
10 g per meal x 6 meals = 60 g a day x 9 cals per g = 540 cals from fats.
TOTAL = 2,340 cals a day.
%CARB = 1,080 / 2,340 = 47%
%PROTEIN = 720 / 2,340 = 30%

How much do you weigh, Floorfiller?
For being that active and eating 6 times/day like you are, I dunno if you are getting enough calories. But I guess if your energy levels are ok I suppose it doesn't matter. |

hehehe i was waiting for that ;)
right now i'm about 196lbs and i know what you're thinking...because i've been thinking it too. i'm trying to lose weight right now. i think i need to drop about 10-12lbs of body fat before i'll be happy. once i do that...i'm gonna definitely up the diet.
energy has been a problem a couple of times, but its something that i'm temporarily putting up with to get rid of this fat...
i got a little off track the last week because i was out of town, but now i'm back and should hopefully lose that weight by the end of august... |

| I'm 171, after dropping 53 pounds, I'm still trying to do exercises to make my stomach and chest muscles more solid to give them shape. Probably take a year or so to achieve it |

Maintaining your current diet, I'm betting you won't have a problem at all dropping 10-12 by the end of August. Plus you're getting enough protein and fat that you'll probably lose very little muscle - very well thought out my friend! ;) |

So who can tell me what to eat immediately after a cardio work out. What I want is to consume very little to no fat(after cardio). I try to get my carbs and protein after weight training, but I'm not sure whether I should alter my diet after cardio:conf:
Also can anyone recommend some exercises for the neck (except shrugs), my problem is that my neck is not much wider/thicker than my arms:eyespop: |

| I rather lose weight and keep it off, that's the kicker with all the fad diets. |

that's a good point. i just kinda through that up real quick. i eat a little bit more carbs before my workout and take a little extra protein afterwords, but that's what it basically looks like...and to be perfectly honest i don't really keep track of that extra bits simply because i know that its not a huge amount that would really throw off my diet. other than that...i mix up my carb sources given the time of day to try and avoid adding extra fat, but i usually do eat about the same amounts at each meal...also maybe a little bit less on the carbs before bed and in turn usually take a little more in the morning.
i just kinda do the math and consciously do those things... |

Your in good shape but to break past your peak (the furthest your genetics will take you)
do this I tryed it 2 years ago and got great results....
Week 1 to 10 (500 mg of sust)
week 5 to 11 50 mg of winny ½ tablet am. and a ½ tab at night
If you want to be a nut do a little bit of Clen rotating 2 weeks on 2 off sinc it only reacts in the body for that peroid of time..
Youll be + a good lean 25 lbs. and with the right diet and training youll maintain that for a long ass time, |
