i'm just ing with ya hehehe
on a serious note...
i think its all about switching it up.
when i first started working out i'd do 5 sets per exercise, 20 reps per set for about 6-7 different exercise. i thought it worked great, but of course things have changed a little since then. i usually still do 5 sets per exercise, but i definitely try and hit 12 reps. |

yeah I agree. Since this thread started Ive started mixing up and throwing some exercises that I wasnt doing before and Ive already noticed slight changes in composition. That ExRx site also helped with some new ideas.
I was also realizing i was getting myself into a rut by doing the same weights every damn time hehe. So ive started pushing it and having hard workout again. |

yeah...don't get lazy and leave the weights at the same weight...you gotta try and increase. i remember i used to increase weight at least 5lbs every other time. i think increasing the amount of weight you can do definitely helps you to gain size. |
