i just feel wrong on how much food I have to eat to gain weight. I eat so much all day long that I worry about finding a time to work out because of it. Sleeping is also an issue cuz i have to eat until so late as well

i hate when you hit the wall and you can't seem to do anymore weight or gain anymore. the only thing i can really suggest is that you eat more and lift heavier weight hehehe. i know it sucks, but that's how i've gotten over my plateaus...

even if you have to put on some extra fat to get the extra muscle that you want...you can always trim it off later.

what do you guys eat for meals, i'm runnung out of serving ideas.

any of you peeps use cottage cheese?
Orbax
my life consists of spiral spaghetti thats half meat. and my super special teryaki.

1 chicken breast
half an onion
a stalk of broccoli
1 green pepper
10 mushrooms

sautee it all up, season with dill, pepper, garlic, ginger.

cook a cup of Basmati rice and drizzle teryaki over the rice. then put all that crap over it. THen I do a nice drizzle of tapatio/that hot at oriental restaurants with the chicken on the bottle (nuclear orange color) over the whole thing. Eat and wash down with cold beer while watching anime/someone else play Xbox/a movie.
