legs today, felt like my shortest workout yet, like 12min or something, still really hit it though
machine parallel squat - full stack x 8, -2x8, -8x15-20
leg curl - 145x7, 130x6, 115x7 (i think, wasn't looking)
leg extension - -3x6, -5x6, -8x6 (burn extruciating on this)
calve raises - -5x15, -8x15, -10x15 (alternating positions) |

anyways, it's heavy as :eyes:
was my best ever on legpress yesterday, felt like i was trying to push away a wall of bricks :conf:
not the sickest quads,kinda lean instead :p ||| i've seen much sicker to say it like that =]
those i work out with when doing legs are sick :nervous:
the other guy did 3x1280 yesterday,(the third didnt join us because of moving to new appartment, but he's even better/stronger)
dead tired in the legs today.. now it depends how i will feel tomorow.
so far it follows regular procedure.. tired the first day after workout - totally ed the second day after :)
tomorrow will the most intereting day of this week, that's for sure:) + it's LFC Vs. Man Utd (GO FLC :D:D:D) |
