lol i dontknow how imissed this thread

ok here are some specs of mine

1.5 years ago i used to be

5"11 115 lbs skinny very skinny


ive been working out for that amount of time solidly (up until the past month due to an injury)

and now i am at 145 lbs


still fairly skinny.. im trying to get up to about 160 -170


im giving it a couple of years maybe 4 or 5 lol at this rate


diet

i try to eat alot of protein.. but most of all carbs.. just to gain simple mass..


this is a pic of my mid section from about 6 months ago

nice, dude, 30 lbs aint no joke to gain. How old are you? and you look heavier hehe.


something a lil farther away with more body might help for finding focus areas.

why?
that's only 15-25lbs, i've done that in 3 months, and best case scenario you could probably do it in 4 weeks, just eat huge, and eat the right stuff, oh and train hard

maybe i can trim a little off before the lst hehehe

the first 15 pounds.. 20 is very easy to get.. youll get it the first few months


after that you start to plateau with you weight

ive been eating and working out hard for the past year and a half.. .. sometiems i only gain 2 lbs per month.. if even


it starts to become a slow and gradual process.. this is my experience.. and im not using supplements..

how are they 1st thing in the morning, i find as it gets later in the day they start dissapearing

and why dont you start using supplements then, you can always beat a plateau, maybe take a few weeks break, just maintenance, then absolutely throw in the food

well i mean just as i eat more and more throughout the day, they tend to start disapearing, sometimes
