BTW, doing 5x20 crunches isnt enough for me, usually when I do crunches I do 6x50. :tongue2

And it turns out that Im gonna have to put off my workout til Wed cause I had no idea that my schools gym is only open til 2PM, now I have NO choice and I have to go to the gym in the morning. :whip:

Oh, I only said to do crunches to make you wait before starting phase II of chest back :D

for abs Id say grab a decline bench and do some roman sit ups and then go to the whatever the hell that thing is that you put your arms on and swing your legs up on.

Roman chairs are brutal too! youch!

and busdrivers/roman twists with weights.

and 1,2,3,4s!

Bicycle kick and paddle kick hurts too.

But my schools gym doesnt have the hanging thing, so Im gonna have to improvise... I dont know how yet, but Im sure I can come up with something. Im thinking maybe I can make my own hanging thing with some rope (obviously not a regular rope or else my arms would die) that would be comfortable to hang from... and hang it over the cable machine. :conf:

favorite : shoulders

least favorite : back
Orbax
the back is so much fun!!!
Radagast
My least favorite exercise is bent over or lying face-down DB laterals for rear delts...

It just frustrates the hell out of me.
Orbax
could just do seated rows with the bar instead of the triangle, itd be less stressfull on the shoulder itself
Radagast
My problem isn't the stress on my shoulder...it's the fact that no matter how correctly i'm doing the excercise, my rear delts never feel blasted from it by the end of my last set. Not even a little most of the time. Luckily there are several other excercises I can to that isolate the rear delt more easily.

I enjoy working all bodyparts as long as the exercises are effective enough.

Fave: Chest

Worst: Legs

Legs are such a pain in the ass as they wear out your entire body.
Chest always feels good as it buffs you up instantly, till you deflate of course.

I run 3-5 miles a day...i rather train for my marathon than work out with the weights like I used to...
