oki back from workout

posting as 1kg = 2lbs, since we use kg @ the workout and not lbs - and i don't got the exact difference atm - but most will understand

focused on lats today, more mid-back/lower back next time.

chins:
3x10 - no extra weights

lat pulldown:
1x12 - 220
1x12 - 250
1x7 - 270

v-bar pulldown:
1x12 - 200
1x12 - 220
1x12 - 240

one arm - dumbell row:
1x12 - 60
1x10 - 80
1x8 - 90

one arm - seated row machine
1x12 - 80
1x10 - 90
1x10 - 100

back extensions
3x15 - no extra weights

standing calf-raises
3x12 - 750(?)-it says 375kg on the machine, and i asked those @the gym to be sure, and they also say it's kg and not lbs

standing calf-raises in hacklift machine
1x12 - 180
1x12 - 220
1x12 - 260

will do abs before i go to bed later on tonight

*look forward to leg-day@thursday* :D

i was just wondering if swimming was a decent enough for cardio?

i cant get me head around the hole threadmill lark, so need something else.
verndogs
I usually do 40 minutes on the cross country ski machine at my gym before and after I go to work every day (burning a total of around 1200 calories according to the machine)

Think I am overdoing it?

how do you manage to begin with the heaviest weights and then drop hehe:p

always do like this; 160x12 - 170x12 - 180x10, when using the shoulder press machine.. as i need something easier to start with, and after a series or two (depends on how many i want to do) i can start putting some weight on :) we'll see today if i can put on some more, shoulderday today.. can't wait for tomorrow, legday :)

will post today's workoutroutine when home tonight

btw, got curious when reading through some of the pages again (yes, i know, i got nothing to do at work :p), how long have you been working out? ygrene, orbax, floorfiller, diego etc
Ygrene
Here is my crap workout from last night:

Flat Bench
1x225xhad to stop at 5 reps because it hurt my elbow too bad

so we skipped to incline dumbells to see if that would be better

Incline DB's
1x85xmy elbow says 'no dice sonny' and stopped at 6

So instead I did some crappy maintenance workout that looked like this:

Flat Bench Machine Press:
1x175x12
1x205x12
1x205x12
1x205x12 dropset to 115x5

Decline Dumbell Flyes:
4x35x12

and then finished with 20 minutes on the bike

Hopefully my elbow will be in check for back on Thursday, if not i'm cutting it off

I guess I've been working out for about 10 years now. :eyespop: You'd figure I'd look like Ahnold or something by now! I've always wondered, if I gave up basketball completely, if I'd be able to get really big and bodybuilder-ish. Hmmm.......
