Oi guys,
I've lost like, 12kg in about 2 months give or take a few days. Now, basically, i plan on continuing down this track until i get down to about 70kg, which will be a loss of 22kg all up.
I am currently 18. Is it possible that I will get that loose skin bull from losing so much weight? If so, how can it be avoided? |

no wow thats perfect
just go on to do weight training. If you target all your muscles theoretically you're skin should tighten up if im not mistaken
also continue to watch your diet and eat very healthy
continue with your cardio as well |

| when doing weights, do you lads build up the weight after each set, and lower the reps, or start high and drop the weight? is there any difference? |
|

| i've done both before. i personally like to try and add weight as i go... |

ad weight as you go
but on the last set (3rd 4th or 5th)
pyramid down.. so lets say your curling 35lbs on your last set
go to 25.. (max your set, do as many as you can)
then do 20 (max your set, do as many as you can)
this will ensure that your muscle has been fully killed and you may move on to the next excercise
i find this technique is ideal for toneing.. if you dont want to tone and just build mass.. i would suggest just incrementing your weights in your sets and |
