heh, was actually thinking of doing that.

There are people I hate at my gym right now, and we just ignore eachother, hasnt been too bad.

I play Ice Hockey 2-3 times a week....barring injury :toothless (i still have all my teeth)

Mt. Bike about 20 miles a week...mostly single track, lots of up and down.

Then do my my lazy sports like Golf and trap/skeet/sporting clays :)

I don't like the gym...no motivation and all the people I fly with are always there...I like my weekends to be away from my coworkers and the rumor mill, and I can't do too much running (destroyed knee - 2001) Though I think some strength conditioning would do me well...need a place to get away from the wHorizon crew thing...(flight attendants only do so much for me :))

I've met some cool people at the gym, but there are so many sleazy guys that just go to pick up, I hate that, so its possible to pick up by picking on them. Quite ironic.

There is this one girl though that spends hours on the stepper, she has the most amazing arse, she's a gym addict, goes about 15 times per week, and essentially I'd use her for toothpaste.

I find the gym quite boring, but a necessary evil.

No motivation? how about having a body you could stare in the mirror at for ages hehe.

Strength and muscles become fun after a while, it turns into a pretty hard thing to let go of. If you dont want to do the gym, its hard to find work to do.

Like, sometimes ill chop a huge tree down with an axe and then rake and limb it and then axe it into huge sections and carry 200 lb sections and pile them and stuff

but it really doesnt give you isolated muscles look it gives you puffy strongman look

Yeah, its just there are better ways I'd like to spend my time, like playing on my decks.

I train really self disciplined though, really scientifically, and I just get frustrated because I have had so many injuries over time and this restricts me. I can't squat cause of my bad knees, sometimes hurt my back and need to take weeks off, and get heaps of joint pain. I stretch heaps and warm up but this is just the body I've been given.

hehe, them stairmaster girls own. Its hard to pull there because its so blatant. You basically have to interrupt them to do it.

Ive had a lot of girls ask me how to do stuff and work out with them, and Ill help and teach them and what not. just no-one blatantly hot yet.

except one girl...with her boyfriend who was a total bitch . they both needed help.

im nice so I did it, I life gyms cuz everyones mainly friendly.

Its just kind of weird asking a girl for a spot hehe. Plus they never do free weights so its hard to help/get help.

Mainly Ive found that making friends with the guys and having them hook you up is easier, because most gym guys know some girls, and have become friendly with people by sleezing, but got on the friendship tip.

so the men are really your bridge.

I know what you mean about injuries, ive been out for over two years in the three ive been working out. It sucks. But the 30 minutes 3x a week I put in has given me enough to be happy about to keep going. The punching bag in owns for workouts.

Once I hooked up with girl behind the front desk, I just said that it wasn't fair her having my name, address and phone number whilst I had nothing. Plus since I train with my sister this provides extra leverage when she looks like my girl, and everybody always wants what they can't have, like taken men.

There is this cute chick I really want to at the moment at my gym, I've striked up a few conversations so far, just meaningless bull, but she trains on her own and I reckon she could do with a cool training partner like me.

I only had one front desk girl that was hot enough to ask out, and I did, and she said yes, but funny part was that she went to another state university and had a boyfriend...so nothing happened.

it was blatantly supposed to be a date too, she kind of got cold feet at the fun part though :\
