This is an intense short lived form of tennis elbow.
Take some anti-inflammatory tablets from your chemist, and it will settle down in a few days.
Make sure that next time you train tricepts you use rope only, and go easy, this can take a few weeks of easy training to recover fully. And no heavy bench press either! |

I think it's because you look too much like a musclehead. Throw a big coat on and don't frighten the young ladies. That is, unless you want to join the Marines (or better yet Ranger / Special Forces) and make a life out of being seriously dangerous.
