those are massive shoulders orbax. all you need is the mean face to go with it and your all set! :D
i dunno what kinda look you are trying to accomplish but your biceps dont look that big, then again you arent flexing em. |

they arent huge...pretty proportional IMHO hehe...cant really get a full body because of clickage and spacial issues hehe

| Orbs good development but looks like you need to focus more on your delts and less on your traps in your shoulder workout. When you do lat raises make sure you're delts are feeling more tension than your traps. |

| Definitely. Yeah im trying to get whole area big cuz ive always had small traps, like really small, and delts never been that great either. Half of the delt was the tricep haah |

as for the tibia question...
i get that sometimes. i think it's really just from the stress put on by running. running really isn't that great for your joints. if it becomes a problem for you...you could always switch to doing eliptical machine or something... |
