Not that's accurate or anything, but that's an example of some outsiders' perspective.

LOL, Brisbane definitely has its fair share of racists. It is QLD, after all.

It seems to be generally directed at the Indian/Pakistani population at the moment, mostly from the taxi industry.

Yeah, stupid Aussies complain about taxi drivers being at their jobs but not willing to step up and apply for such jobs. They prefer to sit at home and receive their welfare cheques. If the foreign students got welfare benefits like the local Aussies, then they wouldn't be driving taxi's either.
