just when I thought Australia may possibly suck, I read awesomeness like this:

Looks like not everyone is a Belieber.
Teen singing sensation Justin Bieber was pelted with six eggs as he performed onstage in Sydney, Australia on Friday night.
Luckily for the Biebs, he danced his way out of their line of fire and no yolk messed up his hair. A stagehand quickly cleaned up the mess.
And it wasn't just one audience member who chucked the eggs. Radar is reporting they came from two separate sides of the stage.
Angry fans came to the 17-year-old's defense after the concert.
"I was soo angry when I saw this," wrote Taylor on Thejustinbiebershrine.com. "I hate whoever did this. Why bother?"
On Twitter, many of Bieber's nine million-plus followers expressed their anger. "Dear person who threw eggs at @justinbieber in Sydney, you now have over #9millionbeliebers after you, be afraid! We go harder than hard!" |

I know Melbourne rocks (and that you were born there, so you're probably biased as well :D), but I wonder if it's a good university or not. There's this centre I'm reading about, and it was transferred from the Australian National University to this place... and I know nothing about it.
There are also a couple of professors in a city called Cairns that might like my current research... and I believe a linguistics course there would be followed by a minor in ornithology :p |
