Some kind of massive python, I'd wager. And yeah, we can get them that big :p

Apparently its an Olive Python and they grow up to 4m long. As a by-product of this 'not-funny' research on huge snakes that kill stuff, apparently it isn't the biggest...
No apparently somewhere in north Queensland there is something called a Scrub Python. It can grow up to 8m long, which for our fat cheese eating invasion monkey friends and other anachronisms of the victorian era that are too stupid to understand the metric system. That might be about 150feet long or the size of Kansas, I'm sure someone will correct me if I'm wrong. |

| You're not meant to convert metric back to imperial. You're doing it wrong. |

| yep. the only reason to convert metric to imperial is to explain something to some dumb yank who wouldn't know what you were talking about anyway. |

Daintree is ing gorgeous, and so is the barrier reef. Look into doing a 2-3 day boat cruise around the Whitsunday Islands as well, you'll never forget it. Whitehaven beach  |
One of reasons why I want to retire in Oz. Whitehaven beach is the most beautiful place I've been to. The best thing about Oz national parks is that there are very few of touristy crap, so everything is maintained very pristine. |

That usually means we disembowel a chicken then use a length of intestine as a basis for a measurement system and then later get out a ruler with centimetres on it.
I think that's how its done, unless you know any shamans? |

THE upcoming reboot of first-person shooter Syndicate has been banned by the Federal Government.
The game was refused classification yesterday because enemies and corpses could be “explicitly dismembered, decapitated or bisected by the force of the gunfire".
The board also said the game was inappropriate because players could continue to shoot, stab or dismember enemies after they were dead - exceeding the “strong” violence threshold of an MA rating.
