That was not a balk :whip: :whip:

(referring to last night's Washington vs Milwaukee game)

that's all i have to say

washington should not be disappointed in losing this series to the brewers . the brewers are showing a lot of promise now, looking like lee and sheets to be the franchise players for the brewers.

i look for the brewers to contend for the central title in two years. they still need some gaps to fill, such as the bullpen and better starting pitching to help sheets.

Hell, wherever they (the Brewers) got Turnbow from for their closer... :eyes: jesus, that guy can hurl those fastballs.

97..98.. mph! add some more prospects to the bullpen and i'll agree with your assumption leopold.

Well the yanks are continuing to impress, even though they have 2/5's of a rotation. They just signed Al Leiter...what does everyone think about that? He could be solid, or a total bust. Either way, they only got him out of desperation.

I really hope Wang isn't done for the season...he is/was a future star.

:haha: ..
i was going to say a future as a college baseball coach, but that's a better guess .. him next to larry bowa, harold jackson, and peter gammons . :haha: .. kidding ..

but that guy is done .. he has had a marvelous career .

so what are the predictions for the second half of the season?

im going to say atlanta over takes the nats for the east but the nats hang on for the wild card.

oakland will sneak into the wild card while the red sox and yanks duke it out for the division.
verndogs
A's take wild card
Twins take over the AL Central
LeopoldStotch
in the nl, the braves, brewers, and padres win the divisions, and the cardinals get the wild card spot. (i will be the flaming idiot to say that the brewers make a deep push from mid august to the end of september to win the division .. .. hahhaha )

in the al, the red sox, white sox, and a's win the divisions, and the rangers win get the wild card spot. <== :wtf: ..

i am tired of picking the obvious .. let's go ahead and start predicting the unpredictable material that could happen .. go brewers and rangers .. :)
Magnetonium

Heh ... I'll be predictable.

In NL I am so far right now picking Braves, Cardinals and Dodgers to win divisions, while Nationals will win the wild card.

In AL I am picking at the moment Yankees, White Sox and Angels to win the divisions, while Red Sox to win the wild card.

Man, I feel good now that the Braves' disabled list is short of Hudson and Hampton, wow, what a relief to have them back! :eyes: :eyes: :eyes:

I think the Nationals are about ready to fall on their collective faces...

so yeah I was complaining about how lousy he's been this year, I basicly lost faith in him, so did the Marlins (he's a great guy though, and won with us the series in 97 , Woo Al :) )
so today I find out the Yankees got him over the weekend, Im like haha :wtf: , how desperate are these yankees, how can they salvage this guys career
Pitching at Boston no less today
