thats just something no one can explain, although Mckeon making batters bunt constantly sure dosnt help.

Too early to label any NL East team lifeless, with maybe New York Mets as an exception who are 7 and 1/2 games back. Every other team can win the division this year if they can make a run for it. I'd say 25-10 run from now will do that by any of the current top 4 NL East teams.

Kansas City Royals are on a 19 game losing streak. WOW ... 2 off team record and 4 I think away from ML record. Its a shame they have to be the worst team in the majors this year, even though they swept Yankees some time ago at home :haha: I cant believe that happened :haha:

They finally broke their streak against the A's though. Shame, i was actually looking forward to witnessing a major league record :p

Btw nice rally against the Padres last night for your Braves.

:haha: :haha: :haha: I was gonna bet 100 bucks they weren't gonna get swept in a season series for the first time in their team history :stongue:

It sure was scary to see Padres take the lead, I never sweated like that in my life :stongue:

Like I said before, that NL East division will be won only on the last 3-5 days of the season. I'd say the winner will win it by 2 games.

hell at the rate it's going now, i wouldnt be surprised to see a 1/2 game between 1st and second.

a 3 way tie right now for the AL wild card.. damn.

i love the wild card...and can we take away the padres playoff spot and give iot to one of the over.500 nl east teams...yeesh

:stongue:

I am all for that! :D

we may see one of the bigger meltdowns when the white sox do not make it to the playoffs.

i don't think cleveland is thinking wild card. they are thinking about winning the division damn it... they can do it .. yeah! and oakland is probably going to get the wild card spot, leaving the yank and white sox out .. as long as the red sox can hold off the yanks, they should be fine. especially with schilling starting this thursday.

and i do want to see the padres in the playoffs. it would be great to see jake peavy pitch in the playoffs. this guy is having an awesome year.
SlackerBoy9
jake peavy is great.....but after him its a junk yard
