I take this action with the deepest of regret. You are a very nice gentleman, wise, and possess great technical knowledge. I've enjoyed working with you more then I could possibly tell you. Unfortunately, our needs have changed and you are not equipped to change with them. I feel as though I have failed you in not properly preparing you to evolve as our requirements of you have changed with time and while it may not be fair that you have to pay the price for that you are ultimately accountable for your performance. I am very sorry that this is necessary and I wish you all the best in your future endevors.

Wow, 36 days, so soon. Im not even sure I congratulated you previously so the HUGEST congrats from me now!!!
Yes, certainly things have greatly improved since way back then, mainly due to some amazing new friends and fabulous times out and about in London. My dad was very sick for a while with cancer and it was touch and go but his faith and fighting spirit inspired me in so many ways and now he is doing just fine. Life certainly is too short to be miserable when you can be happy instead. :)
