Benzoyl peroxide is your friend. Get some of this (if they have it over there), and that zit will be gone in 1-2 days:
I use this exact stuff. 5% strength (10 is the strongest you can get without a prescription, but I imagine that it would seriously rape the skin), and the AQUAGEL (because it's water-based, and thus less skin-raping).
It's been my savior for just over a year now.
Thank me when your zit is gone in less time than you could have hoped for,
