Dear Beat Blog,
It really isn't as weird as you make it out to be. You just have to get past that social stigma of "people on the internet are all predators" and realize that it is possible for normal people to be who you are talking to.
Signed,
The normal ones |
Dear guy with the overly long, strange and hard to spell username,
Yes, the internet is mostly populated by relatively normal people, but that's not my gripe.
Would you ever chat on the phone to someone in your country that you met for 5 seconds down the street?
No? Then why do it with strangers on the other side of the world whom you are most likely never going to meet? Do you not have friends in the real world to talk to?
Signed,
Still weirded out guy.
p.s I realise I'm "talking" to you, a complete stranger, who I will never meet, right this second, but that's different. :p |

Dear Weirded out guy,
I have met a fair number of people, rung them, and hung out with them outside of TA and partying. Bas, Jenny, Moral, Theresa, Yohan, Chris Crossland (gwrmarines), a bunch of west coast TAs, just to name a few.
Signed,
Guy with long crazy german sn |

Dear G,
I was talking about speaking to TAs on the other side of the world.

Dear American People,
Why the do some of you still think that Barack Obama is a Muslim? Your stupidity is making me sad.
