nice, I haven't heard a oakie mix in quite some time.
I was just working on my final paper in a class and the lab computer decides to up. Now I think I have to type it all over again. This seems to happen at least once a year. :).

I have noticed that some people need to be in relationships at all times, even when they are recovering from their previous breakup. I am not one of those types o people so my advice usually leans toward getting out of relationships altogether for a bit and reanalyse what you really want.
seems to work for me, but then again everyone is different and it depends on a lot of situational & personality variables. so it could and it couldn't work. |
The guy is putting all the effort into it and doesn't want to end it but wants the girl to put more effort and respond more (return calls, talk, share more) and she likes him, she likes being with him when they are together...but like if he calls, she doesn't bother to return the calls. Its like she dreads it... |

thats sure is wierd, especially if she likes him. I know I couldn't really stand it if a girl I was supposively seeing didn't pick up the phone cause she didn't want to talk.
If I was the guy I would step it back and say hey, I am looking for a reciprocal relationship here. I don't think you are providing that so we need some time apart to really decide if that is what we are capable of.
But would the girl really be hurt if they split up? |

No, probably relieved. She doesn't like the pressure.
But. When she's with him, she has the best time. She really likes him when they are together. And she totally likes kissing him. |

See this is where the blurring of the whole relationship label thing comes in. I can totally understand what she is doing. She likes hanging out with him but doesn't want to be attached. Kinda like friends with semi-cool benefits.
that is not good when applying the relationship label, that is being mutually exclusive. It is an icky situation now for her. Cause you cannot just be friends now. he is looking for something more, so im sorry but I don't see too much promise in that. she might want to keep her goals in mind when flirting with other guys, and lay it all out there immediately.
although being shy that is hard to do. and I fall for gals like that all the time, yet I recieve no feedback that they don't want anything.

She didn't really flirt...well, kind of flirted. Blushed a lot. lol
And its not that she knew she didn't want a real relationship. She kind of does. You know...the pressure kind of makes her scared and things seem to go toooooooo fast sometimes.
I dunno. He is looking for something more and wants it all at once.
