gracias for the clairification,.. i always thought it was just jumping from a base of some sort,... but your acronym does make sense as well,.... and that .4 seconds is all dependent on how high you start off with,.... personally if i only have .4 seconds to throw the chute then i would reconsider my base location,.. |

Brent- I've posted a bit in MD, but for some reason, I really can't get into that sub-forum, because of the fact that it's usually the same threads over and over. "What do you think of this track?" "PvD sucks" "Tiesto sucks" "Johan is rude" etc etc....
Dave-I should be done with my pictars tomorrow! :) I'm quite excited. I already plan on getting them placed on a cd when I develope them just so you can see them in their finest quality.
Chrissi- I love running. Shame I don't live 'round there, I'd suggest we go running together :) I lost my running partner... everyone here is too lazy. Grrr :mad:

it was hilarious, he just spread his arms in front of him and the two instructors on his sides were trying to get him to do the usual checks, you know, feel the chute thing... but he absolutely refused to bend his arm
eventually, one of the instructors pulled it for him.
his landing was hilarious too, he landed on his ass :D
the other guy wasn't as bad, he bent his arm and his landing was perfect, he nailed it.
i'm talking about this because we saw it and because a friend of mine is looking for someone over 18 who wants to go skydiving with her... not that i want to go with her, but i just thought... "What if i did go?" |

skydiving = certain death.
hehe, its not that bad. Not too many people die from it. mainly because you are strapped to someone, unless you take a class er something.
the worst part about being strapped to some dude is if the main chute doesn't release....they cut you off and release their backup. :P
