okay what happened was me and three of my friends have formally been accused for sexual harrassment by the upper management at my college
because three of my friends put up a bunch of computer-drawn penises on my other floormates door and one oversensitive openly-homosexual guy who happened to be the roommate of my friend who participated in the incident told on us to the resident advisors who took it to college upper administration...even though i ddin't participate in it they assumed i was involved just because i was associated and hang out on a regular basis with them.
we also got busted for playing pranks on each other...what we, or my other friends not me did was they would go on our computers when we weren't there and download gay porn from kazaa and put gay porn pictures on our desktop...they did that to my computer 4 times...its always annoying when you come back to find a picture of a guy spreading out another guy's ass as wide as possible on your desktop...anyway the same gay guy who tattled on us for that other incident happened to be offended by our pranks towards each OTHER which is absolute bull because what we do to each other only concerns US...not once DID he EVER see gay porn pictures on our computers cuz he never comes in our rooms...he's only heard about our actions from other people who know about this so for whatever reason he tattles on us about that and we get in trouble for that also
in the end the verdict for me was i am responsible for sexual harrassment and i have to write a one page essay on what i supposedly did wrong and a bunch of other bull...truth of the fact is i was there when acts of "sexual harrassment" were performed but i wasn't involved in the actual acts
on the letter it says this incident will stay with me for seven years...although im not sure how much that'll effect me
also it states that if i get one more writeup whether its alcohol drugs whatever i get put on housing probation |

that sucks, man. i know what you mean when authorities associate you with something you didnt take part in. it happens to me quite often.

seven years? thats a damn long time to hold something against you when you had little to no connection with the incedents. |

Wow! what a mess! I dunno, guys always do this kind a thing to other guys! I guess you CANT do it when someone gay is around because its not sensitive. And you have to be sensitive to their feelings. Its like there's a lab where a bunch of guys work and they posted a picture of a naked girl or hot girl whatever...and a female who did NOT work in the lab was offended and filed a complaint and ultimately the guys in the lab had to take the picture down. Because it was not sensitive. So in your one page essay, you could, I suppose talk about the importance of being sensitive in today's world?
Anyway, it sucks. Can you appeal? Typically, one can appeal this kind of thing.

no, im not taking finals until the end of the semester, which isnt until mid-january. thats the good thing about highschool, more delay, the better. |

| Are you going to go to college fuct4? Eh, calling you fuct4 is kind a fun. lol Are you applying early acceptance anywhere? Or are you waiting til spring to apply? If I was a California resident, I would do the community college thingy first. That is such a wonderful opportunity for students in this state. Very affordable! |

actually... self-control... hyperactivity...
watched the Xtreme Martial Arts show on the Discovery channel... made me remember my childhood when i was taking taekwondo lessons... martial arts is something i'd enjoy, but i don't have the commitment level to put in much work & effort into it... plus, it's expensive.
so i just ended up taking a bunch of my pictures doing a jump kick... some came out ok-looking, but on all of them my face is ed up :haha:
