| yeah well once my mom found this mouse in the woods while she was hicking, it was totaly brain dead and could only walk in circles. it was on the trail when she was going up the mountain, running in 1 inch circles, and it was there when she was coming back down so she was like "eh might as well take him home, cus ... " i forget her reason but whatever. so she put him in her fannypack. he continued to run in circles in her fannypack. when she got home we put him in a box with some water and some food and for like hours he would just run in a circles, he trampeld his food and spilt his water while stepping in it. after about 5 hours of watching him run in circles we decided that he was going to die so we put him outside so we didnt have to watch him... what a dumbass (even though i feel sorry for him)he was in perfect physical condition too, it made no sence. |

you know, i've seen a mole rat that kept running in circles too! it was on campus, i was going to the dining hall... coming back half an hour later, it was still there, running in circles...

pretty much so, when i'm not at my buddy's house and posting from there.
heh, i get out sometimes, whenever there are people available. most of the time everyone's busy somewhere. that article i stole from fark. i go there when i'm really bored. i'm moving back to the dorms today, so i'm a bit nervous plus i don't have much to do anymore.
but who the cares? |

| and jobs are evil. i'd rather spend my life in front of my computer. just gotta come up with a money-making scheme to pay for the internet access. |

eh well I am not a rat psychologist but the symptoms definitely point in the direction of brain damage.
I know that in the rat would incest run rampid. So that could be a cause. although there are mainly only birth defects like missing/extra parts.
why just last year when we were running experiments with rats we had one that had only one eye. too much brother sister loving. plus even though some rats had not drank a drop of water in one day, they would not push a lever for water, even though they know how. mine would get a few drops..move to the back of the cage and sit there. |
