This and I just feel like his set at last year's EZ got nothing but negative reviews, and he's more into headlining his own tours right now instead of doing shows with others.

agree with both those comments; he also hasn't really released anything new for awhile

I've always seen Deadmau5 as a DJ for people who are not really into EDM (much like lots of Tiesto's fans) We're at a point where there's plenty of other DJs and EDM acts that are now big with 'those people' that could be a big draw I think...

(a la Diplo/Major Lazer, David Guetta again, MSTRKRFT, Justice, Boys Noize, Passion Pit, etc)

Which is why Chem Bros is such a huge booking. If anybody can put together rock fans and EDM fans in the same place, it's them.

I wouldn't mind Deadmau5 disappearing from the face of the earth, TBH.
