lol it's as though luke was upset not having has name highlighted/being considered a 'headliner' so they took his name down while they negotiated his headlining status.
it's a bit foolish to see though, don't you think? 7 acts playing a single stage over the course of a day and 5 of them are considered headliners?
Every other stage has only 1 headliner, aside from Kaskade being considered a headliner at the hilltop arena (which doesn't make any sense to me either...) I recognize that he's a big name and all now but to be considered a headliner along with PVD? Really? And above the rest of the DJs playing that stage?

| Yeah, I would think Pete Tong or Markus Schulz would be in pink highlighted letters over Kaskade. Based on name recognition alone, though honestly I don't see how anyone can tolerate a Kaskade set at all. |

| I just couldn't resist and bought my 2-day pass today. There are too many names I want to see both nights but looks like I might skip on Armin to see John Digweed instead. I have feeling Armin will be back in NYC since his new album comes out in September and he'll be doing Armin Only World Tour.... |

Well it is same as last year. The ones that were highlighted on the smaller stages are the headliners. So that means that Armin and Digweed will probably be in the same timeslot.
Rest of the names' order doesn't mean much and we will eventually get the timeslots so no need to worry about those. |

if you look at the lineup the guys high lighted are 99% gonna be the closers
so the first night u will have chemical brothers,pvd and hawtin all at the same time
then on sunday will be armin,above & beyond,digweed
again i could be wrong but like i said chances are thats how it will be |

I doubt they put Armin and A&B on at the same time, just doesnt make sense.
Either way 20min til prices go up, guess I'll give in and order even though I don't even think I can go both days. Dam made are greasy bastards. |

only if i had the actual precise numbers to make more sense of it but ill use what i do know:
- DEMF, $40 early bird tix for 3 days (3 effin days, thats 72 hrs)
- EDC, from what i can remember its like what $60 for 2 days
- Ultra, which may be the next highest (only bc its ran by made also, so we wont use that as an example...we can argue again how $$ hungry they are tho here...$120 for 2 days?)
- Zoo, $150 early bird tix for 2 days with 1/3 of the line-up which were all unknowns

perhaps i cant make such a conclusive argument not knowing the actual numbers but its within range. these guys are taking advantage of the reputation they have built throughout the yrs and imo quickly losing it bc of greed. |
