I'm driving down from Montreal for EZ this year.. missed Ultra I won't miss EZ. I hope John Digweed has an afterparty somewhere..

Any afterparties announced yet?
djmilehighboy
they need to bring some harder djs hard trance or hard style
Neonbeats
They really need to beef up the lineup. I mean if you look at LA's electric daisy festival, it kinda blows ours away....

My thoughts exactly. The EDC lineup is a wet dream...they simply hit the nail on the head booking allllll the right people.

I'm thinking it might be easier for EDC booking though because it's very early in the summer and Ibiza is not quite in full swing yet, and lots of the big festivals around Europe are not until later either.

In your all opinion (I'm not from NYC)...how good is Made at listening to feedback and "the word on the street"? The unanimous opinion I have heard from just about everyone is that this is a weak, lacking lineup. Not sure what is planned for future additions, but do you think they will realize what a big mistake they have made with their lack of bookings and FIX it?

I also think these are the additions we will see:
David Guetta OR Deadmau5
Dave Dresden
at least 1 member of the Swedish House Mafia
Ferry Corsten
Chaska

"Unanimous opinion?" You must only be reading half of the comments in this thread.

Secondly, what do you expect them to do, call up all the DJs that you've never heard of because you're too busy listening to commercial house like Guetta and tell them "Sorry, we've had complaints on some of the messageboards that there's not enough cheese, so we've got to replace you?"

I'm just curious what some of you would have said about the DEMF lineup, which was almost ALL techno and was a blast. You're getting more variety out of EZ than you would have in Detroit this past weekend. And you know what, that festival was cheaper, in good part because it wasn't full of the DJs that I don't want to see and that charge the most.

I get that demf is an outdoor festival just like EZ - but apples and oranges, man... apples & oranges :stongue:

The line up isn't so wonderful to me... I've just seen a couple of those names a few other times... So far I am pushing for Sunday. Def gonna do 1 day. That line up isn't worth going for both days. Atleast this is my opinion.
