He's def. a traveling man...he's had a few days lately where he plays more than 1 show within the same day. |
yah i really wanted to see him july 4th but couldn't decide on traveling to vegas or up to SF. ended up doing neither and just getting stupid drunk on the beach wishing i was somewhere else lol.
when he came to so cal earlier this year i saw him twice - in the oc and in LA. in between those dates he played in sd. i knew some ppl that went to all 3. was pretty jealous - i didn't really enjoy his set in the oc (or the crowd) and thought his la set was insanely great. ppl told me sd set was better tho.
i think it'd be really cool to travel more to see a dj. from my recent experience - markus is the only dj i'd really be willing to travel to see. i've traveled to see him in vegas before and in SF and it's more than worth it every single time. |

I love traveling to see Markus---need to see him in Vegas, Cali, Toronto & Montreal now. I may be biased because he is my #1, but like you said, it's always worth while to travel to see him. So I guess I'll be seeing you Saturday in the Hilltop tent...lol |

OK I purposely did not want to put this in the EZ thread since that is just huge and seems like this will just get lost among all the other posts- if the admin see's a need to integrate this then so be it.
Ok, we all love EDM but I am pretty sure everyone does not know what type of sounds every single DJ on the lineup for the event has. I know for sure I do not but wanted to see if people can give some quick feedback , maybe recall a set they heard. Dj's do vary here and there and most may touch on many diff genres but all in all they sort of stay in the realm. I am sure this is why they are grouped the way they are on the diff stages for EZ.
Lets get to it. Can we please not argue about what a certain genre really means- I know alot of people would like a basic overview to plan there day accordingly. Also, for those who suggest RA as a good site I checked it and they do not give you an exact idea without doing some digging to know a DJ's sound.
If you feel anyone is wrong then plead your case.
Just trying to have everyone get the most of EZ as possible.

Hmmm, I remember it was 9ish last year, but if its 12 that would be great since I had a nice place to park 2 blocks from the bridge. Plus, that is a good walk to get buzzed on on the way to the festival! |
