line-up is good and bad imo
yea theres a few new good headliners and a few new techno ar
but WHERE IS THE TRANCE?
only "non-big trance dj" i see on that list is emery
thats really a let-down imo
i will be going regardless, cause this event happens once a year and its in our own backyard plus last year was really fun
but imo they need more actual trance guys (M.I.K.E., jaytech,jon o bir,ronski speed,activa), maybe a few more techno and house guys (roger sanchez,dt,chus & ceballos,lawler,mind control,carlo lio,lee burridge etc etc)
and +1 on what scoops said about that new wave of house music
imo its deff not my cup of tea and it's just a new trend and i guess made it smart for cashing in on it cause the people will come
on the good side atleast no sexy french house this year :haha: |

| The techno lineup is ridiculous, however I think I will pass this year... $133 is absurd and the hotels are super expensive. meh... guess i'm just used to DEMF prices. |

If i were made i would announce the headliners...as they did. Then i would announce the little guys and raise the prices...which they did. Then i would announce a few more big names and raise the prices even more...
I guess this is more a hopeful statement then anything. |

| I have to say, a lot of the names are a repeat of last year. I think I'm going to skip it all together. I'm more focused on DEMF right now and TBH, EZ looks like a bore compared to the DEMF lineup. A lot of the talent playing EZ play NY regularly, so I don't think it's worth spending almost 150 per person for talent we see here every other weekend. |

How many times has Victor Calderone played in NY over the past couple months? It has to be at least twice a month...
And yeah I'm not planning on going either, unless the majority of the last ten names are trance acts.
