There's no good recent Sci-Fi on TV any more.
Flashforward got cut straight away. I thought it started well but apparently it was going nowhere.
Stargate Universe is trying far too hard to be serious and like BSG. Half the reason SG-1 was so popular was because it was tongue-in-cheek, not 45min of emo music, characters and plot holes larger than the Grand Canyon.

Yeah, it’s a welcome attempt at doing something different and certain aspects of the show have been really great, but missing the spaceships and violence.
