Californication is an excellent show, I think you will like it a lot.

Grimm spoofed Deadmau5. Pretty funny.
The opening scene of episode 5 shows a dj wearing a giant pink cat mask before he starts pumping out the tunes.

Is Homeland any good? If this was talked about earlier, sorry, but I'm too lazy to go through a bunch of pages atm :(
It has an actor I'm quite fond of, the dude who starred in Band of Brothers

Just started watching it per your recomendation- pretty good. I can't figure out if women are actually like that anywhere in the world, or if this is some kind of ed up fantasy written by misogynistic male writers... Like some woman just pulls up next to him in the car and throws her number in his car... :wtf:
The actual female characters (his ex, daughter, ex's daughter) are pretty cool so I don't think the show is misogynistic overall, I guess I'm just confused by these random sluts :stongue:

I watched Battlestar Galactica years ago and am going through it marathon style for a second time. I just finished season 2...frakkin awesome show that deserves a re-recommendation.
If you haven't seen it yet, make sure to get the 3 hour "miniseries" first, since it really lays the groundwork for season 1 and some of the major characters.

Hot In Cleveland has quickly become my favorite show

Started watching Deadwood tonight.
I'd caught a few episodes now and then in the past but can't say that I know much of anything about the show aside from the setting and general tone. So many awesome actors in this!
I'm 2 episodes in and the two things that really stick out right now are: 1) John Hawkes is just as amazing as I thought he was and 2) Timothy Olyphant is definitely a better actor than I thought (why doesn't this guy do good movies??? i mean ... i've heard that his show, justified, is pretty good but meh)
