I noticed some of you guys on here hate Jimmy Kimmel for some reason. I think his show is pretty funny, and he's not all stale like the Lenos/Lettermans of the world.
Anyway his staff found this dude's youtube video last night, where he does "on the street" interviews with random people... this time he did it at the beach. I can't tell if it's an act, or of this kid is honestly this bizarre, but I thought it was pretty ing funny. Check it out. :p
