Nice!
I'm still finding it difficult getting a decent night/sunset shot, what settings did you use for this one? |

Any information like this is useful to me, thanks!
But isn't the Sony DSC-T10 a Sony cybershot camera?!
If so, wow, that's awesome. |

| Lol, it's even more hilarious if you don't look at the hammers and just watch his arms/face. Lol he looks like such a queerboat. |

Thanks, yeah it is a cybershot
not really the best camera in the world, but I love macro feature for up close shots
don't have the money for expensive SLR stuff let alone the lenses for one. |

You're currently doing better than I can with a £1,200 camera :p
I took a photo of my house a few moments ago, it's probably the best night time shot I've captured so far lol

I should really use the automatic modes first, then learn from there.
... and for anyone who's curious, that's Jupiter and Venus in the background :) |

| Have you got a tripod yet, Matt? If not, you should get one ASAP. You can do some reeeeallllly cool nighttime stuff, with long exposures, etc. |

Not yet!
I have the afternoon off work tomorrow, though. So I'm going shopping for a Gorillapod :)
I'm really looking forward to experimenting with long exposure shots! Although I believe the NEX-7 can only do a maximum 30 second exposure.......but I'm sure that's good enough for now :gsmile: |

Yeah, 30 seconds is quite a bit. Though I've done 4+ minute exposures before that turned out pretty cool. |

Not bad man! And yeah like Stu suggests you should get yourself a tripod. And a remote for even less chance of jitter. |
